Same day delivery

For most locations within central Brisbane, we can deliver your order the same day if you place your order by 9:15 am. Deliveries are made on weekdays (except public holidays) between 10 am and 6 pm. We are unable to guarantee delivery at an exact time; however, if you need your order by a specific time, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your request. Sorry, we are unable to deliver to post boxes. 

1-4 day Australia-wide delivery

We express dispatch Australia-wide deliveries every Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. Deliveries typically arrive within 1-2 days; however, remote area deliveries can take up to 4 days. We track every order and will keep you updated throughout the delivery process so you know when to expect your brownies. Sorry, we are unable to deliver to post boxes. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests to deliver at a particular time of the day, as we don’t personally deliver your orders, so we cannot control the time they arrive.

Undeliverable Orders

The following circumstances may make a delivery unable to be completed. 

- Deliveries to locations within a secure building, where couriers are unable to gain access. 

- Deliveries to locations where the order cannot be safely left if no one is at the premises.

- Deliveries addressed incorrectly.

- Deliveries to postal 'Lockers' or P.O. Boxes

For local area deliveries, undeliverable orders will be returned to the bakery & a re-delivery fee will be charged. Alternatively, the order can be collected from our Hemmant bakery on the next working day. 

For deliveries outside of our local delivery area, undeliverable orders will be discarded and will need to be re-ordered. 

No refunds or credits can be offered under these circumstances.
