RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY
Food Item Cancellations Orders of food items may be cancelled up to 48 hours before the requested delivery date. Orders of food items cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice cannot be refunded. A credit may be offered, depending on the situation.
Change of Mind Returns We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully as all sales are final unless the product is defective or fails to meet Australian Consumer Guarantees.
Defective Products We will accept returns and provide remedies (repair, replacement, or refund) for products that are:
- Defective or faulty
- Not of acceptable quality
- Do not match the description provided
- Unfit for their intended purpose

Processing Time Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after we receive and assess the returned product. The time to receive your refund may vary depending on your location and payment method.
