‘Next day’ brownie delivery.
For locations within 15 kms of Brisbane CBD we can deliver your brownies the next day if you place your order by 4pm. We deliver Monday through to Friday, with the exception of public holidays.
‘2-3 day’ brownie delivery.
For locations outside 15 kms from Brisbane CBD but within the boundaries of the Gold Coast & the Sunshine Coast we can deliver your brownies within 2-3 days using external couriers. These deliveries are available from Tuesday to Friday, with the exception of public holidays.
2 – 4 Day Brownie Delivery – Australia Wide
For locations further afield than the Gold & Sunshine Coasts we trust Australia Post’s ‘Express’ service to deliver our delicious brownies. We only send brownies with Australia Post on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid them being stuck in a postal warehouse over a weekend. The orders dispatched on Mondays and Tuesdays will arrive at their destination anytime from Tuesday to Friday. Unfortunately, exact delivery days can’t be guaranteed.
Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee specific delivery times. Deliveries can occur up to 6pm on the requested delivery date.
We track the progress of deliveries daily and will send you an email when we have confirmed that delivery has been completed.
Incorrectly Addressed Orders
Orders that are incorrectly addressed cannot be refunded or replaced after they have been dispatched. I Heart Brownies and/or our delivery partners do not accept responsibility or liability for orders that are incorrectly addressed by the purchaser.
For orders that are undeliverable ie.
-where the recipient is not home
-where there is nowhere safe that the order can be left
the order will be returned to our Bowen Hills bakery. For deliveries located within 15 km of Brisbane CBD, the order can be collected by the recipient from our bakery within 2 days of the original delivery date. For locations outside of this area, the order will need to be disposed of and therefore cannot be refunded or replaced.
Orders may be cancelled up to 48 hours prior to the dispatch date. An administration fee equaling 5% of the total order price (including delivery fee) will be charged to cover sunk costs. The balance of the order will be refunded to the card that was used to make the payment. Orders cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice can not be refunded. A credit may be offered depending on circumstances.
